概要
オレゴン大学生理学部において、私たちはエリート選手の研究をするとともに、成長期およびアマチュア選手の健康や生活の質の向上にも貢献している。このセミナーはBowerman Sport Science Clinicの概要を紹介し、続いてスポーツにおける障害予防とパフォーマンス向上のためのバイオメカニクスと運動生理学の原則を応用した例、そして開発しているアシスト機器に関する将来的な研究を紹介する。
In the Department of Human Physiology at the University of Oregon, we study elite level athletes while also contributing to the health and well-being of developing and amateur athletes.
This seminar will include an introduction and brief history of the Bowerman Sports Science Clinic, followed by a series of examples for applying biomechanics and exercise physiology principles to injury reduction and performance enhancement in sport as well as future work in the development of assistive devices.
